Work Location: Corporate Headquarters – Pewaukee
Division: Mechanical (Full Time, Exempt)
Under the direction of the Division Manager, the Project Manager is responsible for the successful installation of construction projects.
Qualifications
- Education: High School Diploma/GED
- Years of Relevant Work Experience: 3 to 5 years in a construction environment
- Certificates/Licenses: Driver’s License
- Physical Job Requirements: Move throughout office, construction site, and general outdoor environments
Key Activities
- Project Preparation: Obtain detailed understanding of assigned projects (contract specifications, terms, scope, alternates, estimated costs and planned installation methods).
- Project Documentation: Prepare, communicate, and maintain all required project documentation (equipment submittals, RFI logs, and change orders) in accordance with Company standards.
- Project Management: Manage contracts, coordinate job labor, and ensure all assigned projects meet the Company’s and customer’s quality and safety expectations.
- Project Financials: Monitor project financial performance.
- Customer Relations: Utilize contact with customers and detailed knowledge of customer systems to identify new business opportunities.
- Coordinate activities among Total Mechanical divisions on multi-division projects.
